The PGA of America has officially moved our financial transactions into a new system called Workday. This means there may be a few steps you need to take to set up your account to receive payment on goods and services or purse money. Please follow the below instructions to ensure your account is ready for payment.

Contestant / Supplier FAQ

I already have an account and need to view or update my information:

If you already have a Contestant or Supplier account, sign into Workday. This is where you can view/update your banking/ACH and contact information.

I have been paid previously by the PGA of America or a Section but don’t know my credentials or need assistance logging in:

If you have been paid previously by the PGA of America or a Section and do not have your username or password, send an email to suppliersupport@pgahq.com and the PGA Finance team will assist in a timely manner. You will need to provide your full name, PGA Member number, and your question in the email.

Note: In most cases your email and username are the same. If you know your username and forgot your password, please use the “Forgot Password” link on the Workday sign in page. If the username you entered does not match what we have in the system you will not receive a reset password email and will need to contact the above suppliersupport@pgahq.com email address.

I have never been paid by the PGA of America or Section for any PGA tournament, goods, or service:

You must submit an application to the PGA Finance team for approval. Follow the below steps to complete your application. If you have already completed this application you can view your application status in the registration portal that applies to you below.

If you are a PGA Member (contestant or supplier) who is playing in a PGA tournament or needs to receive payment on goods and services (including golf courses, utilities, or other vendors):

If you are a non-PGA Member (contestant) who is playing in a PGA tournament:

If you are a non-PGA Member (supplier) who needs to receive payment on goods and services (including golf courses, utilities, or other vendors):
